1. There's nothing to do. Some accounts will have the "feature," others won't. Only way to find out is to rack up a lot of flight points and see what happens.

2. No listing of award levels online that I know of. In general premium class and unrestricted tickets are very expensive. As an example, restricted business to Asia is 165k. I don't believe they have published levels for int'l first class. I think others have reported here you have to go through their Your Wish Fulfilled program where they'll price the ticket and offer you a redemption rate somewhat less than $0.01/pt.

3. No guarantee for flight points for award tickets. If it posts automatically, then yes. If not, I don't think you'll be able to have them manually credit it.

4. Select spend points refer to the bonus points you get for groceries/gas/etc. You receive your 1 purchase point/$ for all spending (outside of cash advances, etc.).
