To answer your question, there are tons of bars/restaurants where they have giant screens.... alas, the best place is called Locos por el Futbol, but you will need to reserve a table very far in advance.

Sweden vs. Germany should be an interesting match, and if there's an upset -- with Sweden outperforming Germany -- I'll be loving it.

I second Gaucho's Locos por el Futbol ("Crazy for Soccer") suggestion; and I'd definitely be planning in advance for even standing room may not be an option there.
