I wouldn't have let those vulgar louts disconcert me as much as they did you. It was entirely appropriate, though, for you to bring it to the attention of RCC staff, as you did. The RCC staff should have done more, going to those supervising the workers and demanding an end to the disturbance. You and other RCC members and guests have a reasonable expectation of the RCC facility that the staff did not ensure for you.
