My experience was last year, so YMMV. The person checking me in at the front desk was rude and probably one of the most unhelpful staff members of a hotel I have ever encountered. I was on an Amex promo and she kept saying "We don't honor that." I even produced the printout with all the details from the Wynn website. She wasn't interested. Once I made it to my room, I called the front desk manager and explained what happened. She was very apologetic and upgraded my room. The rest of the staff did not appear to be very interested in customer satisfaction. There was a lack of helpfulness that is usually present at high-end properties. The rooms were nice and we did have a great experience at Bartolotta for dinner.

I'm not saying it's the worst property in the world, but compared to other Las Vegas properties, it's not the best. I don't plan to stay at the Wynn again. I prefer the FS or theHotel when I am in Las Vegas.
