I will probably hold out judgement on these until I use them on a flight or something. I just replaced a pair of QC2s about a month ago. I am a little skeptical about the fact they don't cover the whole ear. Maybe AA will roll these out along with the roll out of the new enhanced J class as a part of the enhancement.
