Why you should always treat your customers well.....

they might turn out to be the CEO of a multi-billion dollar company.....

I've just heard that a major bank, here in Australia, has removed Starwood from its list of "preferred hotels", meaning that business expenses can no longer be charged to this chain by both employees, contractors or consultants working for them.....

All because the CEO got treated shabbily by a Starwood hotel..........
