Nordstrom's, as well as a somewhat fair forex policy, also offers decent customer service--unlike most other credit cards.
I recently got overcharged a thousand bucks by a car rental company in France (for a drop off which was supposed to be free). Nordstrom's customer service actually resolved the issue in my favor. If this had been Citi we'd still be going around.
Too bad Nordstrom's rewards program isn't stronger.
