Printing in the London (or other) Lounge?

I've never needed the service before, but I realized on the train that I forgot my travel insurance documents and would like to print them off (though I have the phone and policy numbers in my wallet). I am sitting here looking at the printer, but have no idea how to use it! There's a printer name, but no network that I can see. I'm connected by diallup to my UK ISP. How does one usually print or fax from lounges without a network connection?

On an unusually related note, while looking at the printer, a woman just walked in and grabbed half a sheaf of paper and a dozen or so envelopes - is this normal? Am I too Canadian to grab free stuff just because it's free?

Thanks,

Dr. PITUK.

P.S. If anyone's here, I'm the guy with short hair and a grey sweater on the laptop behind the partition next to the terminals.
