Acapulco at the Boca Chica after eating a nice turkey sandwich (with, I am sure, not properly refrigerated mayonnaise, among other things.) It didn't take very long to manifest itself and I now know what comes very close to projective vomiting. A physician who partook and I took turns injecting each other with an anti-emetic.
