What is the 'penalty' for a FA not wearing the required name tag?
In other words, should we (the pax) want to compliment or complain about their service, and they are not wearing a name tag, should we 'push' the point that they are out of uniform?
Or just write the good/bad to AA Customer Service and ADD the fact the FA on nnnflight from A to B on nnnDate was also not wearing a name tag. I know if there is sufficient interest CS should be able to look up the crew records and such.
