Latest update on my BHM rental. Drop off went smooth, but I must have been dozing. When we arrived home we noticed a $25 drop off charge. Since we dropped off at BHM this was a mistake. Called the office and the manager, Jay, had to call me back. He was pleasant and promised to credit the $25 back to my card. A small hassle, but I'll give them another chance. <g>
