I have done the T1-T2 lounge hopping and it's actually quite quick. You'll make it from the BMI DC lounge to the Lufthansa gate in five minutes if you know where to go.

The problem is the airport authorities.
I believe BAA said something like that if they discover any lounge accepting a passenger travelling from another terminal at LHR the airline would get fined.
But of course, what BAA offcial bothers to check?!

Funnily, some time ago people used to venture from the BMI lounge to the LH SEN lounge because of the much better food.
Now people want to get from T2 to the BMI lounge to avoid the LH FTL lounge.

Yes, feel free to join!!
Getting access to the SEN side is one of the main perks of flying LH as *G.
The SEN lounges are one of the few lounges actually offering hot food (which is quite good), and they have the spirits of course.
Would be sad to miss that...
