Second paragraph of NickB is good! We can all accept some cultural differences (and if we don't, we're pretty closed minded ourselves), but the problems arise when basic logistics do not get taken care of. Especially on the ground. A cold crew (even on BA) has never bothered me... I don't expect the sort of show one often receives in the USA, but I do expect things to work. Who knows, maybe even that expectation is cultural... there are limits to relativism I believe though, as much as I do believe in the validity of relativism.
