Just got a response letter back from Delta that gave good indications that the changes are permanent. I'm GM. I had many issues and Delta's response finished my paying relationship with them (of course, I may be forced to fly them in them futute because my boss is a loyal PM and almost MM). But, given a choice, it won't be Delta.
