This morning, one of the regulars on my CVG-DCA flight reported that he had heard back from Mr Mullins office. Report was that Delta will announce soon reinstatement of PM upgrades for 2004.

No substantiation. I have given this gentlemen FT info before but I do not know if he has started lurking here or not.
