This is great information - the kind that never shows up in the travel books. Please post away and yes, our flight leaves from SFO and your advice is sound - we will be wiped out and enjoying dinner sounds better at the end of our trip, rather than our first night.

Thanks for the info about the breakfasts too - that helps our planning for meals which will be our major expense along with the gas.
