Only thing is... it doesn't say how to use it?! It says you can use it on paid or redemption bookings... but can you use it online? Doesn't seem so as there's no option for it when doing a booking.
Anyway, that's all academic as I won't be using it online
You have to scroll down the bottom of the page, and click on the Book and Upgrade with BA Miles button.
Then you have to de-select Book and Upgrade with Miles, and select one of the GU options instead (GU and Miles or GU and Cash).
Very silly.
