Though if they pull higher rates I would expect a bump to cat 6. Hopefully this happens retrospectively per the usual annual review process (ie when they achieve higher ADR, their category goes up the following year) rather than prospectively (bump the category when it becomes a St. Regis in anticipation of higher rates). :crossing fingers:
