And if you read the fine print on the contract ( I bought into the Westin ) it states that this agreement is only good for the first 8 years; beginning in 2008 with the initial opening of the Westin resort.
Rubber, you are correct ( I bought one at Westin Princeville too). But, I sure am happy to be associated with a St Regis than not. I wonder if they are going to raise the prices of the timeshares?
