All airlines have to keep all fare rules for 2 years all the time (since some tickets are valid for 12 months after 1st segment, which can be 12 months after ticket is issued). The airlines must be getting tired of this game, lately a lot of fare rules have restricted validity to 12 months from date of issue, not date of first travel; however for OWE it is still up to 2 years.
