I think you are referring to the Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas. These are being sold throught the SVO office at the Princeville, but they are not in the hotel itself. This is a separate site about a mile away from the hotel and it will be a Westin.
Yes, However ownership in the Westin Timeshare has full rights to use the Princeville hotel (St Regis) facilities. This is included in the annual HOA fee.
