have business class tickets booked LGW-CGK and KUL-LGW, the LGW to DXB and ret legs are three classes. does anyone know the likely price if at all possible to upgrade to first (ret ticket are special fare approx 1500GBP). Also what about the limo, threads now saying limo not available to super cheap fare, the EK can't find a reference on EK website that limo is subject to fare.
