A recent booking of mine has had the:
Rate type: PMS RATES
Rate per Night: Confidential rate
Total rate for stay: Confidential rate
Treatment.
It was only booked a few weeks ago on the HHonors site through normal booking procedure. It is a fully flexible rate, and the current prices for the room are the exact same.
Does anyone have an update on why this type of issue might occur?
PS, it does show my correct address for the booking...
Very annoying as I might want to change it and now can't do it online...
Had this with a reservation in Munich today. The hotel refused to tell me how much I was paying as it was 'confidential'. Reservation was fully flexible booking from Hilton.co.uk
