1. If I book a Y/B/M Delta Codeshare as a Delta flight with a DL flight number (say SEL-BKK) which is operated on KE metal, can I still use my PM upgrade certificates to upgrade from coach to business?

If you read the fine print on these certs, I believe there is some broad, unspecific language which limits the flights the certificates can be used on. I recall inquiring about using SWUs on a DL coded ticket JFK-JNB - and the Grand Central CTO agent pointed out the fine print which said "not valid on selected DL flights," and said all South African flights were so selected. She said several long haul code shares were selected, but not AF. Hunch says KE was one of them - but that might have changed since SkyTeam.
I recall that AndyMo might have upgraded on KE at one time? I don't remember how.
