I just recv'd my My Way summary and I too think it looks really nice, nice thick stock and nice colors.

I only have two issues after a quick glance at it.
I think the listing of each point row should always be in the same order.
Eg,
-Hotel stay base points
-Elite bonus (if applicable)
-Double Dip / Miles or Points option
-My Way Points
-Other bonuses (Amex online booking, etc)

As it is, at least on my summary, the only listing in the same order is the base points.

The other issue is how late it arrives. Either mail them out within a 4-5 days of the period close date or just do quarterly summaries (again mailed w/in 4-d days of quarter end date) or don't mail them and save some $ and put that towards keep the website up to date and working.

The only other thing is I have a negative night stay listed for the first entry, with negative points. Then after that I have the night and points creditd back to me. So in effect equalling zero nights and zero points... Which means a call into the DD to clarify.

Also what about you folks who have more then 10 stays, do you have multiple pages to get all your stays to fit? I only have four stays and a couple other single line entries and it takes up over half the page.

Again I think the My Way summary looks really nice but needs a few things fixed.
