Jury's Inn Heathrow is a new property and T4 side, maybe worth a go.
I've stayed at the LHR Jury's Inn, its very convenient and not too expensive. Also, its a 2 minute walk from Hatton Cross tube station and the free T4 - HC tube replacement bus service.

PS - however, there is no denying that the Hilton connected to T4 is by far the most convenient.
