Seems like this is the only post that makes any attempt at answering the
OP's question.
Being a not-too-humble 1P, I obviously know little about UGS, but, I suspect that an upset, but not irate, phone call would generate some sort of compensation of a value in excess of $25.
You may as well see what you can squeeze out of the @~!*$^!@&'s because you probably are not going to be UGS forever!
