June 12 my wife and three kids (13, 10, 5), all on H Fare but upgraded first/business class PIT-ORD-PEK, were charged a $25 baggage fee. They had only one check-in bag, weighing 62 pounds. The UA check-in clert at PIT said the limit was only 50 pounds to PEK and demanded the $25. My wife had no choice but paid. She keeps the receipt. I was on a business trip and was not with them.

Who do I talk to at UA? I have been a UA 1K for the past 10 years, and became UGS just recently.

Please help.
