I know this gets mentioned in passing in other threads about codeshares, etc., but I haven't seen the question directly addressed.

I will probably be shopping around for another "primary" carrier after 1/04. Given that I fly out of ATL does it make sense to stick with SkyMiles (using CO, NW, AF, etc) or jump ship to one of those other carriers' FF products?
