I flew ICN to JFK on KE on July 15th and then back to ICN on 8 August. My DL flight segments all posted but the KE has not. They say it can take up to 6-8 weeks! I say for what? That trip puts at SM and I'd sure like to have it for my trip back to the US next month. I usually fly under the DL code when the military pays and it's "operated by KE" and the miles post quickly.
Anybody know why this is and how I can get the miles to post faster? KE says to call DL because it's their program (SkyMiles) and SkyMiles says they have it in the system but are waiting on KE.
