Hotel is clean and attractive. Rooms are tiny and room service is extremely limited (surprising for a hotel that purports to be full-service). They used to have exercise facilities, but I think they permanently closed them.

In short, the hotel is adequate but is disappointing considering that it's Nikko and is supposed to be full-service.
