I actually like the packets more. They don't get clogged and IMHO they look acceptable for salt and pepper packets. I do agree they are not as classy, however I think it is a good cost cutter as most people probably will not notice.
As far as cuts go, it's not the biggest deal. My comment was more b/c I thought we had concluded that international and p.s. was keeping them, and that seems to have changed.
