I signed up for the 25% bonus for miles earned on the citibank credit card during the 25 anniversary promotions. I don't remember getting any confirmation, and I can no longer find the details of the promotion. I haven't seen any bonus miles posted -- should the miles have posted by now? And if so, would I call AA or Citibank about this?
