You mean the United FIRST International Lounge which is for customers traveling in United First on international flights.

The United First International Lounge in SFO is considerably nicer than any United RCC in SFO. The entrance to the SFO United First International Lounge is in the 'middle' of the UA international terminal between gates 98 and 100.
