I applied for the Citi Mastercard in May. I was pretty sure that the annual fee was supposed to be waived the first year. But my statement has an $85.00 fee!

I can't find any waived annual fee offers. I applied online, so I don't have any old paperwork.

Was I just thinking of another offer, or was there really a waived 1st year annual fee offer?
