Whether you can use a lounge of any kind or not depends on several things, like do you have UA status, or are you flying in business or first class. Business class gets you the RCC in the international terminal, which is very nice. First class gets you the International First Class lounge (IFL) which is VERY nice. If you are a RCC member you can access the RCC anywhere.
