BA and AC have recently become interlinable for issuing e-tickets, so (assuming you haven't been issued paper tix) it is easily possible your itinerary has been issued on one e-ticket. Having an array of different locators is not unusual in the slightest.

I have never used viewtrip so I don't know whether this shows your ticket number or not. If you know the Amadeus PNR (the one that would work on MMB on ba.com), put this into checkmytrip.com and see who's stock the ticket has been issued on. If your ticket number begins 014-...... then this will be an AC ticket in which case you can be pretty certain that you are on one through ticket. If your ticket begins 125-.... this will be a BA ticket and it's highly unlikely that your agent would issue the whole itinerary on BA paper given that AC have the international sectors.

The other option would be to ask either airline directly who should be able to give you the definitive answer.
