I have stayed at the HR JB (and have another stay planned for November.) I wasn't impressed at first view, but it grows on you. The pools and massage were excellent. The RC food offerings were OK. Stick to the stalls and stands between the parking lot and hotel, as we had a great barbequed fish with chili sauce, soft shell crab and sweet and sour prawns with veges, on the last trip. As a rule, I try to avoid eating at the hotel, unless it's the mezzanine at the GH SIN or the Red Moon at GH Beijing.

Sorry to hear about your problem and your apparent displeasure with the CS. You should take it up with corporate CS.
