Having eaten ( warily and selectively) from this buffet at this hotel before, I can certainly sympathise. Also the suggestion that food related illness takes 24 hours to manifest is utter nonsense. Not sure I would be seeking advice from doctors making that suggestion. It CAN take 24 hours, it CAN be almost instant. The problem with this property is attitude. Lousy hotel, lousy service, lousy food. Unfortunately in JB few alternatives as the pan pacific is worse in just about every sense.
I sympathise with you experience and know what you mean by the attitude problem at that place

Try drinking some stale yogurt Tom, and tell me when will you start feeling sick. Personal experience is always the most accurate. It is not very nice of you who without first-hand experience to food poisoning and blatantly trying to discredit my already terrible experience by just listen to hear-say information...
