I have had experience with food poisoning before in China within the same time frame of 2-3 hrs after contaminated food. At that time it has been confirmed by the doctor that it was the food taken 2-3hrs before first symtoms showed. And ofcourse depending on individual's immune system. As for my wife, since this is her first time, her immune system is pretty low thus she is down within 3hrs... after i've gotten her back to Singapore and consulted a doctor, I started to feel unwell too... since this is my second time, my resistence is stronger and I lasted for about 6hrs before first symptoms...
And Tom, pls take note that 24hrs depends on various individuals... besides, we haven't had anything at all since the morning breakfast which is ALSO from the hotel, room service...
Try drinking some stale yogurt Tom, and tell me when will you start feeling sick. Personal experience is always the most accurate. It is not very nice of you who without first-hand experience to food poisoning and blatantly trying to discredit my already terrible experience by just listen to hear-say information...
