Yeah, I'd have to agree with the above poster that you probably cannot be 100% certain that the Hyatt food caused this illness. And for you to expect a full refund of the night when you voluntarily checked out at 2AM, I don't really feel for you there either. From the tone of your post, it sounds like you feel awfully entitled to anything and everything. If you used a similar tone with the night manager, if I were him I would have done the same exact thing and I surely wouldn't have wanted to help you out at all.
