The Hitching Post in Casmalia, CA. They have another outlet near Solvang (Buellton) that was featured in the movie Sideways, but that place is mobbed with tourists now and best avoided. The original one is in Casmalia, a small town outside Santa Maria, and is excellent. I have been to Peter Luger and many other places and still like this one the best (prices are much more reasonable, too).
