Apart from the usual chains: Palm, Ruth's Chris, Morton's, Capital Grille....

You might try Barclay Prime. I've been twice and had excellent meals. I highly recommend the Ribeye, which comes from the same purveyor as Peter Luger.

Also, not a steakhouse, but one of the best steaks I've ever had was at Pasion in Philly. Great Nuevo Latino cuisine. Located on 15th St.
