Ryanair does not fly to CDG but to BVA, which is 90 miles away from Paris. This will cost you time and money to make transfers between the airports. Look into flying direct from CDG on other airlines (Air France, Alitalia) before you finalize your plans.
On this note, some of the other budget airlines use Paris-Orly (which I believe actually has some type of transportation between CDG and Orly, but not sure).
And, Ryanair flies into TSF (Treviso) which is about 20 miles from Venice city center, and not the same as Venice-Marco Polo (VCE). It takes a good 75 minutes to get from TSF into the city via public transit.
