For inside the Airport, Lenny's Subs are also good - try the Chicken Salad or Itallian (mostly Ham) Sub as has been mentioned before.

I have camped outside the entrance of the WorldClubs of either end of the new Midfield Terminal at DTW after the WorldClub was closed and the WiFi signal was barely marginal but the entrance of the WorldClub in Memphis is pretty much out in the open on the C Concourse and you might feel a bit awkward.
