I'm not sure that they don't care, but they don't seem to be equipped to handle the occupancy factor they have these days.
On Friday night when I checked in, there were only 2 clerks working checkin. Well, there were 3, but one of them spent the entire time I was there handling one couples checkin in the Diamond position. There was a full line, and at some point, somebody else emerged from the room behind the checkin counter after around 15 minutes of waiting in line. I wonder why they have those cameras there if they don't actually respond when there are long lines.
I have one more stay booked there next week. That will be my 12th eligible stay this year, most of them at SFO. I'm not sure I'll be booking it anymore after that. It's been a nice run, time to move on I guess.
Today I got this new services guide in the mail, with a note promising 5k points if you don't get the bed type you reserved when you check in.
