Hard to tell on such a short flight. No meal or warm nuts, (the snack mix was warm--probably from sitting out in the 112 degrees heat), but drinks were served in a real glass and refills were freely given.

I thought it was cheap and tacky to take the certs, but I'm not surprised at anything UA does anymore.
