IMO, his article was nothing more than a temper tantrum thrown by a spoiled child. Certainly, he made points that had validity, but the venom attached to his words made it personnel. It sure would be nice if each one of us had a national forum to air every single grievance that happens our way in life. Just another example that affirms my lack of respect for the media in this country.
Now, now. It's no good dragging yourself down to his level to tar & feather all members of my former profession simply because of the antics of one person. We are always saying don't judge the whole airline by the actions, or inaction, of one or two employees, so please don't lump all writers & reporters together with the like of Mr. Simpson.
