No. But you can create a Household Account with your other family members. This allows anyone in the HA to spend miles, with the amount being deducted pro-rata from all accounts. See the Ultimate BA Guide for more details.

Warning - if you have a household account, you cannot redeem miles for anyone who is not in your household account.
