The staff is indeed very pleasant.

I stayed last night at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco. What a difference in beds between it and the Hyatt SFO. The Grand Hyatt San Francisco had what I guess is called the Grand Bed, and it was wonderful. Basically a feather bed and so very comfortable. The Hyatt SFO advertises the same bed and they are hard as a rock. I don't understand why there is this difference.

With a 30% increase in rates and the disappearance of the FFN program, I have to question whether I will continue to make the Hyatt SFO my first choice for my monthly stays in Burlingame.
